They were super popular and I'm surprised they seemingly never changed the recipe. They are still just as soft and chewy as they were back then. I have not gotten many broken cookies from this product before, they are usually 95% intact. The chocolate can melt if it's super hot where you are, but just put them in the fridge for a bit and stop whining. Good price!

The cookies are great but just be forewarned that they have a habit of sending Soft Baked Chocolate Chip & Chunks instead of Soft Batch Chocolate Chip and they aren't nearly as good as these regular Soft Batch. I order these cookies all the time but recently I've had 3 times where they sent the wrong kind and if you order 10 packs they won't allow you to order anymore for a period of time. They tell you that you've reached your limit. This just happened to me and I got refunded but now wanted the right ones but since they sent the Chip Deluxe Soft Baked Chocolate Chip & Chunks instead I've reached my limit and have to wait to try to order them again. It sucks
