I reach for Keebler Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies whenever I’m craving something soft, sweet, and nostalgic. They have that chewy, melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture that reminds me of fresh‑baked cookies, and the chocolate chips give them just enough richness. They’re definitely on the sweeter side, and the flavor isn’t quite homemade, but they hit the spot when I want an easy, comforting treat without turning on the oven.

Favorite cookies at a great price. These are hard to find in stores, so it's definitely convenient. They are fresh and tasty. Usually $2 at Walgreens for only 4 cookies.

Myself and old friends used to get these in the red packaging way back in middle and high school (for me the mid to late 2000s) out of vending machines. They were super popular and I'm surprised they seemingly never changed the recipe. They are still just as soft and chewy as they were back then. I have not gotten many broken cookies from this product before, they are usually 95% intact. The chocolate can melt if it's super hot where you are, but just put them in the fridge for a bit and stop whining. Good price!

Keebler’s Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of those rare, comforting snacks that manage to blend nostalgia with genuine quality. I’ve loved these cookies for years, but lately, they've become nearly impossible to find in stores — big chains, local groceries, gas stations — I’ve looked everywhere with no luck. So finally stumbling upon them online felt like a small victory, and I was genuinely excited to have them back in my snack rotation. The texture is what sets these apart from the average packaged cookie. They’re soft and chewy, almost like they were pulled straight from the oven and sealed up just in time. That softness isn’t just in the first bite — it carries through the whole cookie, giving you a warm, almost homemade feel even though they come in a simple bag. The chocolate chips are sweet and melty, with a rich flavor that blends well with the cookie’s buttery base. They’re not overloaded with chips, but there's enough in every bite to satisfy a chocolate craving without going overboard. What I appreciate most is that they don’t taste artificial or overly processed like some other packaged cookies do. There’s an old-school simplicity to them that’s really hard to come by these days. If I had to point out one flaw, it would be the packaging. Once you open the bag, they tend to dry out quickly unless you move them to an airtight container. A better resealable bag would easily bump these to five stars for me. It’s a small issue, but worth noting if you like to stretch your snacking over a few days. All in all, I’m so glad I found these online. They’re not flashy, but they’re consistently good — soft, chocolatey, and just familiar enough to take you back. If you’ve been missing them in stores like I have, they’re definitely worth tracking down.

The cookies are great but just be forewarned that they have a habit of sending Soft Baked Chocolate Chip & Chunks instead of Soft Batch Chocolate Chip and they aren't nearly as good as these regular Soft Batch. I order these cookies all the time but recently I've had 3 times where they sent the wrong kind and if you order 10 packs they won't allow you to order anymore for a period of time. They tell you that you've reached your limit. This just happened to me and I got refunded but now wanted the right ones but since they sent the Chip Deluxe Soft Baked Chocolate Chip & Chunks instead I've reached my limit and have to wait to try to order them again. It sucks
