I have used this product for 4 days straight. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and dont have much energy or focus. This product does what it says. I feel optimistic about getting up and starting my day, I dont suffer from brain fog, and I have enough energy to get through the day. I only felt jittery the first day however I believe I waited too long before eating. It does help curb your appetite. I haven't felt the need to eat as much at meal times and dont snack that often throughout the day.

I have lost one whole size in one month and now have added the xanthum product. Feeling so much better mentally after a four year fight with Lyme. I needed a kickstart in my recovery. This has helped clear my brain fog, increased my ability to burn fat , and gives me energy without side effects and no more naps! Highly recommend.

The first day I had the coffee I did feel energetic and there were no noticeable effects like jitters or racing pulse. My mood was noticeably better. The second day, I was napping by 1pm. No noticeable effects. No energy either. The taste is not terrible, but it is also not the kind of coffee you charge for upon waking out of bed. In my opinion, it would be better to have an option with no xylitol. Not everyone has sweetener in their coffee. There is a horrible aftertaste as well. I added some half and half and managed to drink most of both cups I’ve had. I will update the next few weeks as to if this coffee is really worth the hype or not. UPDATE: I really tried. Evidently my gag reflex is just too reactive to not-so-great-tasting stuff. It did make me nauseated and the aftertaste is something I cannot get use to. I noticed another user said this is an additive to beverages. This brand may have such thing, but this is instant coffee. The directions say to add to hot or cold water and should you like a “boost” to your coffee you can add a pack. Personally, I'll stick with my regular cup of coffee and leave the weightloss to my diet.

The product was supposed to arrive by Wednesday but did not come till Saturday. I will buy product again, but must leave more time and/or try a different seller. I love the product- I have lost 10-15 pounds! I have a brand new wardrobe- of clothes I loved but was too heavy to wear. It doesn't taste great. But, I put in a cup and pour good coffee on top and that works well. The coffee contains plant hormones. The first two weeks were startling, I had mini hot flashes! I felt a bit spacey but my body was craving the hormones and after two weeks, I felt great. No more cravings, no stress eating, just more even keeled. I have spent more and worked harder to lose the extra 15 pounds. This is easy!

I was able to lose about 10 pounds using this product. The taste is not too bad. I recommend mixing it with hot water instead of adding it to coffee. It has a good bit of caffeine and tends to make me jittery when added to coffee. Wish it was cheaper though!

Tastes terrible, left me feeling jittery and nauseous most of the day. I thought maybe it was a fluke, so tried just half a packet the next day & felt exactly same. The "energy" is just from added caffeine, which I definitely don't want. Sorry to report that, for me, its not a magical miracle weight loss and energy potion. If your friends are raving about this stuff on social media, its only because they're trying to make a buck selling MLM product. Anyone want to buy the rest of this bag?

Its expensive and taste very biter but it is the best pick me up and it helps me get through my day, it makes my skin more clear too.

After my weight loss doctor took a leave of absence and my family doctor would t prescribe adipex, I came across the coffee and did some research. I use half a stick with my protein shake midmorning every morning and it really helps with my appetite. It's also a great pick me up with the caffeine.

I love the taste and the energy boost it provides to get me going in the AM.

I feel more energetic and it taste good
