Why was CHIWALLO found?

Founded in 2024 by two millennials tackling chronic muscle pain, CHIWALLO was built to make daily fitness simple and accessible - it doesn't need to be fancy or expensive. Only a quick lunch-break session or a weekend backyard workout.

What exactly comes in the kit?

The kit includes a 20ft 12-rung agility ladder with 4 metal stakes, 12 disc cones, 1 jump rope,1 running parachute, and 2 carry bags.

Is this kit suitable for all fitness levels and ages?

Yes. The kit is designed for kids, teens, and adults — from beginners and those rebuilding fitness to competitive athletes training for speed and agility.

Do I need to use all the components together?

No. Each tool works independently. Use the ladder and cones for footwork, the parachute and jump rope for track sessions, or the bands alone for resistance training.
