One of the hoses had a hole in it and when I powered up the pump it sprayed me with water.... The pump works great.

Does the Job
Gets the job done. Not the loudest device in the world but it sure isn’t quiet. Considering how it screams when on I’m concerned about the pump’s longevity. I use it to drain a 55 gallon drum and it handles it in about 8 minutes.

The pump that just keeps pumping
We use this at our offgrid home to transfer water from our portable water tote, into our stationary tote and then into our RV fresh water tank. I've probably pumped 10k gallons of water without a single problem. We love this pump so much that we purchased a second one for another area of our property. Being able to use it anywhere I can tote a 12v battery has made it a valuable tool on our homestead. Highly recommend!
