It came early and was super easy to assemble. 35 weeks pregnant and it is easy to get in and out of. Super comfy!!

I purchased a recliner which arrived with defects. After sending an email with photographic evidence and a detailed explanation, I received a prompt response confirming that a replacement would be sent at no additional charge. The replacement recliner fully met my expectations, offering excellent comfort and the perfect color. I would give this company a 100% recommendation.

The arms are too floppy and offer no real support. They are zippered in to the seat and one zipper broke and it is a poor design. I asked the seller for a way to fix but was given no response. I missed the return deadline so was just hoping they would offer advice.

It feels pretty sturdy for the price point, and the light grey color is a nice, neutral addition to our decor. Pros: * Wife-Approved Comfort: The ultimate test, and it passed with flying colors for her! * Space-Saving Design: Truly good for smaller rooms, nurseries, or even an RV as advertised. * Smooth Swivel & Rocker: Both motions are fluid and quiet. * Good Value: For what you pay, you get a feature-rich and decent-quality recliner. * Neutral Aesthetic: The light grey is versatile and blends in easily. Cons: * Recline Exit Challenge (Postpartum): This is the main drawback we found. In the first few days after giving birth, my wife struggled quite a bit to get out of the reclined position. It seemed to require a fair amount of core strength or leverage that wasn't readily available, which could be a significant issue for others in a similar situation. This improved as she recovered, but it's definitely something to be aware of. * Firmness (Personal Preference): While my wife likes it, I personally found it a bit too firm for extended lounging sessions. Overall, if you're looking for a versatile, space-conscious recliner and especially if comfort for a new mom is key (once past the immediate postpartum phase for getting out of recline), this is a solid choice. It offers good value for its features, and while it had a minor initial hurdle for us, it's certainly serving its purpose well.

This is a nice rocking chair that is easy to put together and very sturdy. I got this rocking chair for my baby nursery however, I personally don’t believe it is a good product for a nursery room. I say this because the armrest are just two little floppy pillows and do not offer my arms any support. I need good arm support while I feed and hold my baby :( I tried to return the item however due to the weight of the box it would be around $500 to ship it back. So not worth it..

Absolutely love this chair. It fits perfect in my RV. Love the color the fabric very comfortable.
