Perfect fit, just pop them in.
Seems to be a good air filter but how do you tell with only 300 miles on them? I will run them for the full 10000 miles and see how dirty they are. My factory filters were good for about 20000 miles and then not very dirty as I don't drive on dirt roads much anymore.

2015 Q70L works great
Great quality they look good and felt good. And they went right into place in my Q70L. The old ones I took out where so dirty. I recommend, I will be buying more
