I have other editions of WTC, but Henle Verlag is the best. Fingering provided in the book is very helpful and feels natural for the hands. The print is larger than that of other publishers and the pages are an off-white so your eyes don't become fatigued during a long practice session. Book lays open flat without a music clip. Even though Henle is more expensive than other editions, it is worth the extra cost.

This edition is practically perfect. I love how the book opens cleanly, the music is printed clearly, the pages aren't blindingly white, and the music is covered with tons of unnecessary notations like other music often is. Definitely worth the couple extra bucks

Bah! This ed included someone else's fingerings, all these numbers suggesting themselves as I read the notes. Why! Just want a plain printing. Thank goodness, I lost my copy, I think someone stole it on campus (too bad for them). I will buy again, but meticulously find the ed with no fingering. It's fine to have them as reference sometimes. But I write my own in, and it gets way too cluttered. caveat emptor.

Holding this book in my hands makes me feel like I have the opportunity for knowledge and capability of what the greatest composer of all time could do. Printed in Germany, so you know it's the very best quality. Treat yourself. learning these songs is like figuring out a 10,000 piece puzzle. You'll either love it or dislike it.

The book, like all other Henle books, is of very high quality. Print is large and very easy to read. The pieces are quite challenging, but it is the WTC so what would you expect.

El tamaño facilita bastante la lectura al igual que las digitaciones, el color del papel que cansa menos la vista y es bastante cómo porque lo abres y no se cierra

físicamente, el libro: Efectivamente se puede mantener abierto en el atril del piano sin que tienda a cerrarse. El papel es muy muy bueno, con ese tono crema que lo hace agradable a la vista y relajado. El contenido. Es una edición de referencia y la digitación de Schiff es difícil de que se contradiga.

Una maravilla tanto para los estudiantes de piano como para los estudiosos de la obra de Bach.
