L'Oreal Paris Clarify Sulfate Free Shampoo with Antioxidants, Clarifying Shampoo for Hard Water Exposure and Styling Build-up, EverPure, 6.8 Fl Oz

I love this shampoo. I don't use it every day but I use it about once a week to clarify my hair when it gets too oily. The smell is light and fresh and leaves my hair feeling nice and clean and not too dry. I love how effective these products are and so affordable. I just wish they came in bigger bottles!

My daughter is 18yrs old and has light brown hair that gets oily at her roots pretty quickly. She knows that washing your hair everyday is not good for dry ends...BUT this shampoo really works to keep the oil at bay. I am a cosmetologist and have really studied many different products and being her age she never wants to listen to my advice but eventually she will ask me for products I told her about, b/c then it's her idea haha!!! Anyhow the clarifying is just as good as the more expensive brands. Also, as with any clarifying product do not use it "too often"... Using clarifying shampoo too often (more than once a week or every other week) strips hair of essential natural oils, leading to severe dryness, breakage, frizz, and dullness. It can also cause itchy, flaky scalp irritation and accelerate color fading. It is meant for infrequent "deep cleaning" to remove buildup. My daughter loves this specific clarifying shampoo because it enhances her color vibrancy, and it leaves her hair feeling fresh, lightweight, and bouncy. If you're on the fence just give it a try...you don't need to pay big bucks to get the same results. We definitely have hard water at our house. My hair was starting to get build-up that just wouldn't resolve, even with rotating among several different shampoos. I decided to try this clarifying shampoo, and I like the results. While it is lathering I can feel how it's working with the water, instead of against it. My hair feels lighter and less weighed down by residue. It's more versatile to style with the removal of the built-up mineral deposits. I'm about to color my hair, and once the color sets for a few days I'll carefully try this shampoo. I don't expect any issues with using it with fresh color. It will be interesting to see how the texture is affected after the coloring instance. Hopefully, it will leave my hair feeling soft, yet with a good amount of body.

I picked up this clarifying shampoo to use after my weekly deep conditioning treatments, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. I love the fresh, clean scent—it smells so good! I’ve noticed it really helps get rid of any build-up from masks or oils. That said, I do have to use a generous amount to feel like my hair is fully clean, especially if I’ve used heavier products. I usually follow it up with my regular shampoo and then condition, and my hair feels super refreshed and light afterward. It’s definitely color-safe and hasn’t dried out my hair at all. Overall, a nice product if you want something gentle that still gets the job done.

I REALLY love this for a clarifying shampoo. If clarifying shampoos seem to strip your hair and you suffer from dry hair, this does not. It has an interesting gel-like texture, smells like refreshing neroli, and leaves my hair and scalp feeling super clean, but not stripped and dry. I highly recommend almost all of the Ever Pure sets I've tried. Purple, Clarifying, Bonding, and Thickening. IMO, they perform like high end salon formulas and I've pretty much switched to only using Ever Pure as my washing systems for my hair.

I used to be able to go days without washing my hair as I have curly hair but over the last few years it's gotten where I need to wash my hair about every other day. Over the last handful of months though I've noticed my hair is greasy almost later that day or the next day if I wash it the night before. I was recommended this shampoo by a doctor because it takes care of not only buildup but helps with hard water. I was nervous because it felt like I was loosing a lot of hair. I feel like my hair is super light after using it 2 to 3 times now and my hair has never felt this soft and clean in a while.

I bought this based on Dr. Dray online recommendation it was really good. My hair was really smooth and shiny after only one use and it took me less time to style my hair. It did not irritate my scalp at all. Overall will purchase again.

If you hate waste hard water does to your hair, this is the shampoo and conditioner to that will fix that. My water is so hard that even wet, my hair felt like straw. I wake up in the morning looking like Medusa. I could feel the difference in my hair as I was shampooing it. I could finally run my fingers through it even before conditioning it. Once conditioned, and dried my hair is so light and soft. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who has hard water. It smells wonderful, and it is reasonably priced.

este shampoo hizo magia por mi cabello, deberían vender versión de 2 litros porque cuando lo uso lo siento muy limpio, ligero, voluminoso etc. ni siquiera se me enreda tanto y no se pone grasoso tan rápido. siempre supe que era alérgica al agua de mi casa,

Desde el primer uso noté el cambio en mi cabello. Estuve como dos meses con mucha opacidad, resequedad, comezón, caspa, por el agua dura de mi departamento, pero este shampoo es una maravillaaaa, mi cabello por fin está de nuevo suave y brillante!

I have never used a clarifying shampoo before so I don't have much of a basis to compare. I will agree with the other reviews that this shampoo does leave the hair feeling a little dryer than my regular shampoo, it is also a much thinner consistency and more needs to be used to get it to lather. The scent is fine, no offensive but also not memorable. My regular shampoo smells better, but overall I am very pleased with the purchase. I've only used it once so far, so only time will tell if my review changes, but so far I am quite pleased.
