Compact yet extremely versatile.
An initial impressions review. I’m impressed. Good for a wallet but also for some EDC gear. In my case, a Swiss Army Mini Champ knife, Rovyvon A4 torch, a few plasters and hand / anti septic wipes. Takes it all yet isn’t at all bulky. Ok, not as “classy” as my leather covered Secrid wallet but it’s way more versatile.

Robust
Got this for a holiday to Japan as i know there will be coins as well as notes. Took it on a test drive to Mallorca and it performed well. X-Pac is overkill but it's a great wallet.

wallet with pouches
this is a good little wallet. i was a little sceptical of its size and how bulky it might be but it works well and is not too bulky. there is one slide pouch pocket on one size and 2 smaller on the other side. its not to bulky or digs in if you only use the pockets on one side. i love the orange interior it really helps when looking for smaller objects like small shopping trolley coin etc. hope this helps.

If James Bond had a wallet it would be this one
I’ve had the ALPAKA Zip Pouch Pro since September and it has travelled the world with me. Airports, cenotes, presentations, nights out, it’s been through multiple “missions” and hasn’t failed once. It’s basically the James Bond of wallets: small, sleek, and somehow always carrying more than physics should allow. Despite the ridiculous amount I stuff into it, it stays slim. The X‑Pac material doesn’t stretch, which forces you to be minimalist… but if you’re creative, you can still carry half a survival kit in here. My Current Loadout (all inside this tiny pouch) • Plasters for cuts • Nail cutter • Victorinox Bantam (6mm thick — perfect fit) • Clinell sterile wipes • 3–4 credit/ID cards • A tiny pen • Coins and notes • Wallet‑shaped tracker • Pre‑cut strong tape segments • (Used to carry a wallet‑shaped battery, but even Bond has limits) And somehow it still looks sleek. The orange lining is a nice touch- helps to see inside. The Only Negative The zipped money pocket is a bit hard to access in a rush. Not ideal when you’re trying to pay quickly, but manageable once you get used to it. --- Field Missions Completed: Mission 1 — Night Out Rescue Ladies complained their ankle straps were cutting into their skin. Solution: Plasters deployed. Wallet: 1 Footwear design: 0 Mission 2 — Bonsai Emergency Client presentation. Bonsai tree needed trimming. Solution: Bantam knife slid out like a tiny secret agent. Tree saved. Client impressed. Mission 3 — Woodland First Aid Playing in the woods with my boys. Scraped knee. Solution: Clinell wipe + plaster = instant dad‑medic mode. Mission 4 — Dental Distress Annoying nail catching on everything while at the dentist. Solution: Nail cutter. Crisis averted. Dentist none the wiser. Mission 5 — Financial Transaction Paid for something with my bank card. Not the most dramatic mission, but the wallet handled it flawlessly. --- Verdict A minimalist wallet that behaves like a tactical pouch. Slim, tough, weather‑resistant, and capable of carrying far more than it should. It’s travelled the world with me and handled every mission without complaint. 5 out of 5, the James Bond of wallets. Get it in James Bond Black - why pick any other colour? Don’t worry about the price. It’s decent value and you’ll regret cheaping out on inferior products. Always ready, always sleek, always equipped.

Well made and well sized for Cargo Pants pockets
I bought this Alpaka Zip Pouch Pro (in Orange - it is way brighter / neon Orange than the pics show) specifically to hold a USB-C cable, a credit-card Power Bank, a slim charger, and a handful of USB-A/C/lightning adapters in a cargo shorts pocket. My pictures show it compared here to the Viperade VE-18S (in XPAC-Hot Lime) and the Alpaka has a more slim width (maybe 1/4") and is just barely taller (maybe 1/8") which fits better in my cargo pocket than the Viperade did. It seems better made (outside materials, stitching. Zippers, internal materials) than the Viperade. I don't know if the Alpaka Zip Pouch Pro will work for my specific application due to the dual pockets on the back-side (the Viperade has a single pocket on the back which is where my credit card power bank slips into), but it has way less additional bulk by not having hook-loop area or the extra loops on the outside of the pouch (and I prefer the Alpaka's less bulky profile in the pocket). I've already ordered another Alpaka pouch for a different application just based on the build quality of this one.
