I did not have high hopes, but this teeth whitening kit surpassed my expectations! I wish I’d taken a “before” photo and this current pic doesn’t do it justice! In a little over a week, I went from a 12 to a 5 on the included teeth bleaching color tracking strip! I drink sooo much coffee and I used to smoke so I had some serious staining. I hadn’t bleached my teeth in over a decade because the kits I tried before left my teeth so painful and sensitive. But this whitening gel is so gentle! No discomfort at all. It does sting a bit if you get it on your lips but you can avoid this by applying some lip oil or petroleum jelly before you get started. They include a remineralization gel to help with any sensitivity. The light is good quality too, as one charge lasts for 5-6 days. I’ve had other lights that would die after 2-3 uses before they needed a recharge. I highly recommend! I really don’t have any complaints. I would absolutely buy again!

This product does whiten. You need to leave the appliance in your mouth for about 15 minutes at a time, so that's a little uncomfortable.
