I bought the DIGITEK DRL-14C Ring Light a few days ago, and I’m really happy with it. The brightness is excellent, and the different lighting modes make it easy to get the perfect lighting for videos, photos, and video calls. The 5ft stand is sturdy, easy to adjust, and the setup was quick. The overall quality feels good for the price. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly ring light with great performance, this is definitely worth buying.

I’m using this Digitek 27W RGB Stick Light for Reels and product shoots, and I’m really happy with it. The light is bright, portable, and the RGB colours look great. The adjustable colour temperature, 24 lighting effects and CRI 95+ are really useful. Easy to use, good battery backup and Type-C charging. Overall, a great value-for-money light for content creators. Highly recommended!

This was my first purchase from Digitek, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I had ordered a tripod from Amazon, but the product I received had a defective ball head. The ball head was not functioning properly, causing the ring light mounted on it to repeatedly fall. This was a product quality issue, and I had no choice but to return it. The return was initiated on 7 September and completed on 9 September. I was assured that my refund would be processed within seven days, but even after the promised timeline had passed, I did not receive my money. I contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I was given a different assurance. Initially, I was told to wait seven days, then I was promised a refund within 24 hours, and later, I was again asked to wait another seven days. Despite repeatedly following up and patiently waiting, there was no refund. On 13 October, I contacted customer support once again and was told that I would receive my refund within five business days. Seriously? I had already waited for more than a month to get my own money back for a product that was defective in the first place. I finally had to mention that I would send a legal notice if my refund was not processed that very day. Only then was my refund of approximately ₹1,404 issued. I find it extremely disappointing that a customer has to repeatedly contact support, listen to false or unfulfilled assurances, and even threaten legal action to receive a legitimate refund. What kind of customer service is this? Does Digitek have any proper refund policies, service guidelines, or accountability standards? If such policies exist, why were they not followed in my case? What is even more frustrating is that instead of resolving the issue professionally, the customer support representative was trying to explain the guidelines to me while my own refund remained pending. Customers should not have to educate themselves about company policies or repeatedly chase a company for their own money. Digitek needs to improve its product quality, refund process, customer support, and overall professionalism. If a product is defective, customers should not suffer because of it. I had heard good things about Digitek, which is why I decided to make my first purchase, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. Waiting from 9 September until 13 October for a refund is unacceptable. I sincerely hope Digitek takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements so that other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience. Very poor experience overall.
