My orthopedic surgeon told me THIS PILLOW is the BEST for supporting cervical spine (neck) issues! I had already started sleeping on it a month prior to having spinal fusion. Even those weeks prior to surgery I felt more rested and had more pain relief! I was surprised at how much a pillow could help! This pillow is worth the money! I use it every night!! The shape and firmness have not changed at all since I purchased this early this year! The pillow helped with my healing process following surgery as well. The great thing about the way this is built, you can use it either way—either the wide or thinner side as they are both so comfortable!! I have cleaned the pillow following manufacturer’s instructions and it smells fresh and clean after every use. Thank you for offering such a fabulous product! I will keep purchasing this pillow!

Well, first of all this pillow came in a short amount of time, which was excellent because I’ve been having neck and shoulder pain for a while. After reading up on the pillow, I decided to purchase it at an affordable price. This pillow provides excellent comfort and keeps your neck in the perfect posture. I sleep like a baby since I’ve received this. It has definitely relieved the neck pain, but my shoulder still hurts from time to time, it has a memory foam and is very soft. This pillow has two indentations on both sides of the pillow to create a shape that aligns your spine. I am Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

After using this pillow for about a month, I can now provide feedback based on real usage... I have clinical insomnia so I have a love/hate relationship with sleep and all things that surround sleep. I've used multiple pillows in the last decade+, and this is one of the better ones. About two years ago I purchased a memory foam pillow that had a simple curve to cradle one's neck. But this pillow is a a definite improvement over that one. This pillow is slightly bigger than a standard twin size pillow. Its nice to have 'coves' for the ears. I also have "eustachian tube dysfunction" where I hear popping, clicking and 'scratching' pretty much all day. I frequently have fluid in my ears at night as well, and what's nice about the ear coves, is that I feel like they provide for more air movement thus making for happier ears, and less irritation. This pillow IS NOT made if cooling gel or is any way cool in one's skin. Its just as hot as every other foam pillow. Being in menopause, I'm very sensitive to temperatures... on my worse menopause days, this pillow makes me sweat! Sorry, but its just not as advertised concerning cooling temperatures. All in all, I do recommend it. As a person with with insomnia and picky ears, I find this as the most comfortable pillow I've had in a long time. I double cover it with 100% cotton pillowcases which is the best barrier between the heat of foam and a comfortable night's sleep. If you stuggle with a good night's sleep, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Love the indent for your neck and head which allows you to sleep on your back, which I’ve never been a fan of, but have recently found it comfortable with this pillow. It’s cushioned yet firm, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve always slept with my arm under my pillow but with others my arm would always go to sleep and i would wake up in the middle of my sleep uncomfortable. With this pillow I am able to do that without feeling my arm under and waking up in the middle of the night.

So, for the neck support portion of the review, it does great. I have had neck issues since I was 16 from a horse back riding accident. I wanted to try a new ortho pillow because my old one was worn out. I looked through hundreds and read reviews. This does provide back support, doesn’t have a bad odor, and is sturdy. But, the downside is I wake up and the back of my hair is SOAKED with sweat. I never had this issue before so I know it’s the material of the pillow. Wish it didn’t because it’s helped my neck a lot. But I’m starting to look for another pillow after using this for months and I cannot find a way to help cool the pillow while I sleep.

I used this pillow for 2 weeks before writing a review. The first night was the best sleep I've gotten in years. I couldn't believe it actually so the second night I was still skeptical. Another full night's sleep- waking up with no shoulder pain, neck pain or hip pain. This pillow feels like it was made for me. I'm a side sleeper but occasionally lay on my back...both positions are comfortable and supportive. I love that there are two sides with different heights...so it should fit everyone. I had been using the pillow cube pillow for a couple years- but this pillow was an immediate change- both in my sleep quality and pain relief. I bought a second one of these pillows as a backup. I look forward to going to sleep every night now...and I'm getting the best sleep with almost total pain relief.

I bought this neck pillow for my mother-in-law, who suffers from neck and shoulder pain, as well as jaw tension that often leads to headaches. She’s been searching for the right pillow for a while, and she absolutely loves this one! The shape is specifically designed to relieve pain, and it’s really made a difference for her. What’s unique about this pillow is that it also helps with her ear ringing. She’s found that by placing her face and ears in the middle of the pillow, it eases the tension and even reduces the ringing. Overall, it has greatly improved her sleep quality, and she couldn’t be happier with it. Initially, I was hesitant, but knowing how much it has helped her, I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Alright.... it's another pillow!!! How different could it be??? Among the many basic, department store pillows I've bought , this is probably the 4th or 5th "It will change your life pillow I've bought "! I'm not going to lie. I bought this pillow with the anticipation that I would probably be returning. Well.... here I am, 4 weeks later and, well..... I'm COMPLETELY HOOKED!!! This pillow cradles my head and neck. It feels like you have complete support, in all the right places! I tend to be a side sleeper , but I frequently try to sleep on my back for esthetic reasons. I am usually unable to get comfortable on my back. Now, I'll honestly say, I can actually get comfortable on my back. I will say, this is absolutely the most comfortable "side sleeping pillow". It is so comfortable lying on your side. It cradles your face and neck to perfection.! Let's also note the outer, removable, washable cover. It's a cooling material! Soft and says cool! I don't wake up sweating! I have to say, I really look forward on sleeping on the pillow each night, and absolutely recommend you try it!!!!

This pillow has been a god send! I never felt any pillow fully supported my head from falling forward. Since using this pillow my neck it supported and I am waking up with no more neck pain. I love love love it. I hope it works for everyone else like it has for me :)

Very nice pillow. I like a good firm pillow and this hit the spot. Good comfort and support for my neck too. Think it works best if you sleep on your back.
