Very easy to use. I have used 2 sets for 2 56cm hats, and there's a good 4cm left to cut off. Make sure you clean the rim of the hat properly before trying to stick it on, even if it's new it's covered in dirt and grease. Use an alcohol based cleaner to make sure it sticks and stays. Two hats that have always been 1cm too big now fit perfectly as 55cm. Yes, 1cm is about the reduction.

I was shocked to receive a tiny piece of thin cheap foam. I can’t believe the cost of it for what you get. It doesn’t even work. For that price you would expect a roll and even then it would be poor value. You might as well buy a piece of foam from a kids craft shop and cut a strip yourself for pennies. I’m so disappointed and angry at what I received. It’s a joke. There customer service is terrible too. I fed back how unhappy I was and they emailed back telling me I am wrong and offering me no solution to sort it out.

Too small for a hat band, not suitable at all, also the length is just enough to barley do one hat. Disappointed

The foam tape was easy to use and fit nicely under the inside trim so it doesn't even show inside the hat and doesn't come in contact with my hair. It made the fit just right.
