Flat Resistance Bands - Turquoise

I’m very happy with the Coresteady Resistance Band. It feels strong and well-made, not cheap or flimsy. The resistance is steady and smooth during exercises. I ordered this item as I have had consistent problems with my shoulder. I’ve taken this to work so I can use it at my desk. It’s light, easy to carry and can be used anywhere. Overall it’s great value for money and I would highly recommend this resistance band to anyone

Happy with the band. The length is fine for what I need, but shorter than I am used to. recommend you check the length is right for your purpose.

Delivery and packing fine, band as expected, very pleased. Not an awful lot to be said about a band, but seems good quality and the right thickness to me.

I bought my coresteady resistance band over 5 years ago but, I hadn’t used it until this year, as I only finally got started on my Pilates classes this Feb. My band had been neatly packed at home for the most part, up until I had it hanging up in my garage, which I use as my gym. When I went to pick up my band in Feb, I found it had random vertical slits throughout the length of the fabric that hadn’t been there before . I decided to use the band anyway as I hoped that pulling it length ways wasn’t going to cause the fabric to snap. However, yesterday, my 6th week of once a week Pilates, I found one end of my Pilates band had gone from its vertical tears to an uneven horizontal tear and was ready to drop off . Due to the length of the band, I was able to tear that end off and still continue using the band but, it hasn’t given me any confidence in the durability of the band. As the band hadn’t been in use at all for 5 years, I’d have expected it to look like new still, regardless of whether I’d had it packed neatly away or hanging over a bar in my garage. Disappointing .. I originally liked the level/ease of stretch on it, but when I showed my partner recently, his first comment was that it was balloon like fabric, and that it seemed likely to snap suddenly, like a balloon might suddenly pop, when stretched. I’ve bought a new, different make of this product, and it feels thicker /more tough in resistance but still able to do what I need to do in Pilates (this new one will hopefully work me harder, as it’s not quite as easily stretched )

A strong resistance band, good for stretching the hamstring muscles.

Not very durable, snapped in two during exercise, certainly won’t be buying again
