Okay, as someone who was on a GLP-1 and had success with it, this stuff is good. I don't feel as hungry and it works better than standard fiber pills. It's a good idea to ease into it because the fiber content will definitely give you unwanted side effects like diarrhea. Didn't have any issues with nausea, etc. I take it 30mins to an hour before eating and it helps me to feel full for a longer amount of time. For the price, this is the way to go if you want to lose weight but don't want to pay for a GLP-1 or go through the hassle of it. I'll continue to buy this and it seems to help with my sugar cravings too.

The best appetite suppressant out there with no side effects, I’ve lost weight and not even half way through the bottle, the size of the pills are decent so make it easy to swallow, I feel great, I think these are good quality

I can't tell if it's working but I will say maybe it's helping with curving my cravings.

There is silicon dioxide in it, which can cause pulmonary fibrosis, which thoughts people die from my father just did and my best friend’s mother has it now and my uncle has it, and my grandmother died of it. It’s in a lot of supplements lately and I just don’t think it’s right that they’re putting it in it. Pay attention everyone we need to get them to take the stuff out. It’s not right. It’s also in Motrin and Tylenol. It’s a filler, but you couldn’t find Motrin as gel and they don’t have it in it. I love this product. I’m really sad that I can’t take it anymore and I have to try and find a company that doesn’t have a filler in it. I’ve used this brand for over 20 years and have invested a lot of money in them.

I dont think it helped at all cus it made me super constipated so I stopped taking it.

Seller was quick and even included a free gift. The pills are great for clearing the colon and is the best out there. It is also a prebiotic.

I received this product, first day I thought I won't be hungry but no difference, I took them 1hr before breakfast. Continued taking pills for 20 days, no difference in the portion of food, instead at night you get a big bloated belly. It's not only making you look slimmer by losing weight, but also make you look even more fat because of bloating. I don't recommend these type of products. Just keep track of what you eat and stay away from all artificial products. Stay healthy.

Als ich von Konjak las, konnte ich mich zuerst nicht zwischen Pulver und Kapseln entscheiden. Dann nahm ich die Kapseln und bin zufrieden. Sie sind zwar groß, aber damit habe ich kein Problem. Schwieriger ist es für mich, danach immer viel zu trinken. Aber nur so kann der Sättigungseffekt eintreten. Und er tritt ein. Bin sehr zufrieden!

I bought a bottle of this to help me eat less at meal time and curb my snacking instincts. I've noticed that since starting my poops are large and of a pleasing consistency. While I find I'm still hungry a lot of the time, it is helping me to eat smaller meals. It doesn't seem to help me with the desire to snack, but the smaller meals and the good poops are definitely worth the price. If you're trying to lose weight, this isn't a substitute for willpower. But it does augment will power quite nicely.
