The dust cover hinges on my Sony PS-T33 finally gave up the ghost and needed replacing. Looking online there were many Heath Robinson solutions, which looked DIY chaotic to say the least. By chance I saw on Amazon these hinges, which looked like mine, delving further the text did say they fit most Sony’s, it seems in the 70s these hinges were the standard fit for most Japanese turntables. They fit and work well.

It's just what I needed for my turntable, it's identical as the original. Now my turntable lid stays open again.

These fit my Sony PS-X500 perfectly, snapped right into place. (I have the old, broken original hinges and these are pretty much identical.) The lid shuts nicely and holds open when wide open. Yes, you do need to do QTY=2 because "1 pack" does not mean a pair, it only means a package with a single hinge. But it's still much less expensive than the the original part selling on bidding sites (which are more than twice this amount).

Perfect fit for Yamaha P-07 turntable. If one of your old hinges still works, order just one, don't bother ordering two. It works and looks great.

WTH! All the reviews refer to “these hinges” and the ads shows “hinges” as in two…but you only get one per order! BS
