These are a very good product. The door anchor is an excellent part and makes the product so versatile. I travel with them because they allow me to get some exercise everywhere I go. Bands in general cannot replace typical gym training but these are incredible bands and make it very easy. I’ve had them for about a year and they still work really well!

All I need for a quick workout when traveling. Very sturdy and last.

These are by far the best resistance bands I’ve purchased. They are very tight yet flexible. The offer a lot of resistance!! I take them with me when I travel. Like taking a gym with you.

Great product! A variety of resistance bands from high to low. Just what I needed.

One of the bands cracked in 3 places on literally the first use! I've been using bands for many years and I've never seen one break so fast. Guaranteed it'll break into pieces the next time it's used. Usually, resistance bands last 6-12 months (sometimes longer), depending on how heavily they're used. Also, frustratingly, the price dropped by about 10 bucks shortly after I purchased these (I'm assuming because others are complaining that they were improperly stored and/or are old and cracked). As for the bands that DIDN'T break, their resistance "weight" is definitely NOT what's advertised. I bought these to use while traveling, i.e. I have another set of bands at home, and I'd say the Zacro 170 lb band is roughly equivalent to a 125 lb band from other companies. So long story short: 1) the resistance level is wildly incorrect, and 2) they're not durable at all. Too bad because I even paying around $32 would be totally reasonable for a FUNCTIONAL set of bands.

These bands work great in my personal gym and are priced well. The resistance levels seem to be correct as well.

Dopo averle testate ampliamente per vari gruppo muscolari, posso recensire queste fasce elastiche. Le ho pagate 30€ grazie al coupon del 15%. Queste bande elastiche sono state un prezioso alleato nel mio percorso di allenamento, offrendo una resistenza ottimale per una vasta gamma di esercizi. Potrebbero però risultare eccessivamente lunghe per qualche tipo di stretching (si può ovviare il problema avvolgendo una parte dell'elastico intorno alle mani) La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è la costruzione robusta in lattice naturale, che conferisce alle bande una durata notevole e una giusta resistenza. La loro flessibilità le rende adatte a una varietà di esercizi. Le ho trovate perfette soprattutto per allenare i tricipiti (visto che solamente con dei manubri si è molto limitati) grazie al blocco di gomma che si mette dietro la porta per bloccare l'elastico. In questo modo ho potuto simulare gli esercizi che si farebbero con dei macchinari con cavi. Unico neo è che non offrono sempre la stessa resistenza come farebbero i cavi. Apprezzo particolarmente il set completo di 6 diverse resistenze, che consente una progressione graduale nel livello di difficoltà degli esercizi. Quelle con maggiore resistenza sono ottime per i primi passi nell'allenamento con una barra per pull up, dandoti un supporto nella salita. Dopo questo, le posso consigliare visto il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Ich habe die Zacro Resistance Bands jetzt seit einiger Zeit im Einsatz und bin wirklich positiv überrascht, wie vielseitig und effektiv sie sind. Me gustaron bastante estan muy buenas para hacer ejercicio y vienen de varias resistencias. Llegaron muy rapido.
