Yes, there is no animal byproduct. My husband is a vegetarian and that's why I bought these so I could have the smoked flavor without the meat.

Do you have to put it in the refrigirator after opening? Guess not since it's just water but who knows.. Can it sustain +90F temperatures?

I don't use this brand because it's awful. I use Wrights and keep it in the kitchen cabinet. I don't think 90 degrees would affect it but if you are worried, put it in the fridge. I've never had any problem with any liquid smoke kept in a cabinet. Read the reviews about this stuff before buying please - it just doesn't impart a real smoke flavor.
