Yes. The clear cover tapers from 14” on the bottom to 13” at the top. So long as the height and width are under 6” you are good to go.

If your asking if you can stack 1/18 cases, yes you can. They tend to flare out from the top of the case down. As it flares downward, it gets a little wider so the top of bottom case fits into the bottom of the top case.

Is the base flat or at an angle?

I’ve bought 2 of these and the base is definitely flat.
