This is perfect for my elderly relative, big buttons and a 9 number memory facility makes it really easy to use.

!st one never arrived. 2nd one did not work. 3rd one ok. Seller did at least persevere until he got a working phone to me so I( thank him for that. Button action feels cheap & volume range is not great but if you want a cheap basic 2nd phone then it's ok. Regards.

Got the phone for my elderly mother, she had a similar phone before but this one is so much better, easy to use and great volume control as she's a little bit deaf , would definitely recommend, phone arrived in good time, really good service from the seller

Cheap plasticky feel to this product though the big button design is good. The big drawback is that it is totally inadequate for the hard of hearing with poor quality sound that cannot be amplified enough. I am shocked that it has received so many positive reviews as even without suffering deafness I found the sound horrible when I set it up for a disabled relative. It was kept reluctantly as there seems to be no better alternatives on the market unfortunately.

I tried connecting this phone to my existing line and the phone would not provide a dialling tone. I then purchased a new 3 metre long telephone wire and the phone still would not work. It works fine on the short telephone wire provided with it. All my other phones are quite happy working on the 3 metre extensions so why does this one not?

I bought this for my mum who is 95 years old. She loved the big number as she found it very easy to see and she is very happy with it. When you put it in hands free mode, its not very loud. Overall, I'm very happy wit the purchase
