Bought this for my mum ahe loves it too it works amazing. It gets out the creases right away and the extra lint remover makes the clothes look like new.

This item is great, much easier than a standard iron. The bigger version is heavy to use for prolonged periods. The travel version is just as effective, but is much lighter.

I’ve recently injured my right arm so cannot use a conventional iron. I saw this reviewed in Which magazine decided to give it a try, especially as it was considerably cheaper than a lot of the other ones. It’s easy to set up, great steaming quality. You can either use it constantly or intermittently. I pressed Cami tops, a blouse and jeans. All came out really well. Follow the instructions with regard to sleeves, you can’t go wrong. I hung trousers up with a skirt hanger. Really pleased with this product.

Arrived today, so excited and had a load of ironing ready. I’m always sceptical and to be honest I expected to be disappointed, however I’m really pleased. Important note - I am NOT a fussy ironer. Nobody wears smart shirts in my house, the fanciest things i iron will be jeans, t shirts and some blouses with puffy sleeves/frills etc. I want to get the job done quickly as I have a big family and a busy house. This in mind I’m over the moon with the product. The cord is really good length, the water container is really really easy to remove and refill (I read a review where someone had a great deal of difficulty getting it off) it works quickly and easily, does what it says on the tin.

Easy to use BUT extremely heavy…after doing a wash full of ironing, it is very cumbersome. Also the on/off button is temperamental. Can take a while to work! If they could sort out those issues, then it would be good

Both the steamer mostly to make my son's school uniforms. On begin it works fine but now don't get any steam lot of water 💧 that the shirts are nearly wet from the amount of splashed and getting some dirt even if I clean it after every use. I think I'll stick with iron. Bad luck it's after return time as I'll be happy to send it back. VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT 😔

I previously owned this steamer and was excited to see it available at such a good price. Unfortunately, the item I received raised several concerns. The packaging looked different from the original I had. The box appeared to be made from a printed, worn-looking cardboard, and the included pressing sheet was smaller than expected and arrived with visible stains. Because of these differences, I’m worried that the product may not be the same quality or authenticity as the one I purchased before, a possible counterfeit. I’ve decided to return it, as it doesn’t match what I know the genuine product should look like.

Steamer itself is great for light clothes. Much faster than an iron. Docking stars as I bought this twice, once for my sister and once for myself. It seems they've reverted to a very cheap version of the press map and it looks flammable and is half the size of the original advertised one. Very disappointing. Amazon offered a return but nothing wrong with steamer. Tried to contact high street direct but they said to contact the seller but not sure what Amazon can do about their quality!
