Swami Max GPS

The Izzo Golf Swami is perfect for my game. I play at several different golf courses and this device picks up the course you are on in just a matter of seconds. It has a large display that’s easy to read and provides all the essential information at a glance. The magnet on the back of the device is strong and adheres securely to the metal of the golf cart. When fully charged it will take you through several rounds of golf and is easy to recharge.

Simple, quick and easy to see and use and it's accurate. I'm not a pro just a weekend warrior and the occasional golf trip so what more do you want or need? When you play a course that you're not that familiar with, it's perfect. It claims 16 hours of battery life and I've used it for 3 rounds and the battery is still half full (like my glass). So far, so good.

Overall, I like the size and how easy it is to view. Only concerns are at times it shuts down for no reason. It's not because of a low battery because I power it back up and it still has battery life. The other concern is at times it takes a about 30 seconds to update the new yardage.

Very easy to use. Much better than holding a device and pushing buttons while standing still and hoping I get the right distance!

Swami Max works great! Large letters and multi-colors make it easy to use. issue was the plastic cover kept falling off. The Seller sent me a new Swami Max, which also works great. Amazon sent me instructions and a shipping label to return the old one. I've got it ready to ship, however my wife thinks she can crazy-glue the cover back on. What would Amazon charge her for the damaged one? It's doubtful anyone would buy it. Please forward this message to the appropriate person. Thanks. Joe Day

this does not work! worked for a couple rounds then quit giving hazard info and never stayed on the correct hole. don’t waste your money

The product seems to work well, but when I received it in the package, the screen seemed a little dirty with some minimal scratches on it, and the back casing also had some slight scuffs on it. I'm not sure if this was a pre-owned product that was sent to me but that is some feedback I wanted to share.

To be honest I'm not overly impressed as I love the product but been unable to use it as my course is not mapped. Been in touch with Richard at skymax and he has sent an email to Boston requesting a remap of Weybrook park Golf course. Not Happy and on the verge of returning my goods Regards Jason turner
