Absolutely love this stuff, I won't can pickles or dilly beans without it. Keeps the veggies nice and crisp, and it takes such a small amount that a jar will last a long time. I'd say one jar will do close to 100 quarts of veggies.

I used it with a tickling vinegar. My homemade pickled peppers are to die for super crispy and yummy. It's super easy to follow instructions. Great by highly recommend

A lot goes a long way. I use Mrs wages pickle mix extra crunch in all of my refrigerator, pickles and pickled jalapeños. The seal was placed nicely on the container however, the lid does not fit well back on the plastic container. So I keep it inside of a plastic bag to keep its freshness. One container usually last me 2 to 3 years because I don’t use it that often. It does give the cucumbers, pickles, and jalapeños extra crispiness. Definitely worth the money to add to your pickles if you were taking the time to make your own at home.
