Need replacement hood. Legs gave out on dryer and now the hood on both of my dryers are broken. How can find option to contact seller?

How do you connect the 2 poles? I can't seem to fit one pole into the other because of the black plastic piece with the "fingers"?

Use the smallest end of the pole. Place it inside of the plastic piece attached to the larger pole. Slide the other black piece on by placing it around the top of the pole that you attached, connect then twist. Place thr dryer hood on top of the pole making sure it's secure.

I mean it’s not as wide as a profuhood dryer but it’s pretty wide. I just got my hair roller set with big rollers and it was fine.
