Made In Cookware | Stainless Steel Pasta Insert | Premium Stainless Steel | Professional Cookware | Crafted in Thailand | Fits 6 and 8 QT Stock Pots

The only place to buy the Made In pasta insert in the UK, as they strangely do not sell it standalone on their own website, only as part of a bundle with their 8qt stockpot which I already owned. Arrived very quickly despite being shipped from overseas. As expected it feels great quality and fits the stockpot perfectly. However, many of the draining holes are so small that water can barely drain through them, meaning pulling the insert out and dumping the pasta into another pan will take a significant amount of pasta water with it. I would prefer larger holes which would allow me to more thoroughly drain the pasta, and I could add more pasta water to the sauce with a ladle which would give me more control.

This is the best past insert I have ever seen! I noticed a couple negative comments from two people, about the fit of it in a pot, but I got the 6-quart Made-In pot, and it is a fabulous combo! If you want the best pasta insert, get this one! I wish I had purchased it years ago. It accommodates small Chinese noodles too without loosing any through the holes. I would highly recommend!

Great balance and top quality . This strainer is a perfect fit for the set I just purchased. It’s sturdy and well made. As for the Made in set I purchased as well, Don’t expect Teflon nonstick in any stainless steel product. It’s a learning curve well worth the safety benefit of high quality cookware . No more Teflon infused food for us . Use a thin layer high quality Oil/Fat on your pan while warming to temp.
