I really liked this seed starter tray. I was able to grow seeds almost right away, and it did a great job maintaining the right environment for germination. I especially love that you can choose whether to ventilate or keep it closed, which helps control moisture levels depending on what the seeds need. The grow lights are also very good and provide strong, consistent light that really helped the seedlings thrive. Overall, it’s easy to use, effective, and made starting seeds stress-free. I would definitely recommend it.

Big fan of these little guys. 12 slots, 5 trays, lights, lids. It comes with it all. Pretty nice. I will say, buy a heating mat with it, makes germination very, very quick. Super affordable and takes about 60 seconds to set up. I will say be careful, it is plastic, that comes with the thought that they are not going to last forever, but even if they last 1 season it’s worth the money. The only thing I wish they would include is a power brick to go with the cords, otherwise great product. My tomatoes popped up in 5 days and are already 2 inches tall.

Great product! I have 2 of the kits. Works like it says. Plus they work well with 35MM Seed Starter Pellets or potting soil. Only problem, so far, is that they do not come with AC adapters, for the LED lights. I designed name sticks for each cell that not only tells what's been planted but helps easily removing the seedling for trans-planting. Faster seedling production than "in ground" systems, used both in the making of my garden

These were great for starting my vegetable seeds indoors before planting season. They are compact and lightweight. Thrilled with the plug design which allows me to use multiple trays and only one outlet. You can adjust the amount of humidity to accommodate different types of plants. Very space and cost efficient. The lids stay in place well and haven’t leaked around the edges like others I have tried. Have used these for three growing cycles and still work like new. Definitely recommend.

Cool but I don’t recommend using them for TC’s (tissue culture) Top is very loose/ doesn’t snap on, so it really doesn’t keep humidity in very well. The grow light adapters are not separate for you to put the cases in different places which is a real bummer bc I can’t group them together in my limited space. Easy to put together. Not very sturdy. Height could be better. But I suppose if you’re using this to actually grow seeds it may be beneficial? For me it was a waste of money and I will be donating them when I get my TC’s acclimated 100% IF YOU'RE USING THIS FOR TC DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY… LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Great seed starting kit at a great price. Comes with 5 complete sets including 5 each of bottoms, trays, domes and lights. Also includes plant stake identifiers and a USB cable with a 5 way plug so you can light each dome separately if desired. The light is in the humidity dial that you use to vent moisture. The lights are also red, blue and white and can be turned without any problems while still being on. The thickness of the plastic is perfect and feels sturdy if you need to move it. The drainage is great as the seed trays sit slightly raised so the pods aren't sitting directly in water. The lid fits very secure and helps the starters keep humidity very well. I also recommend using a heat mat to help speed germination.

OMG, I love these! Even after a few days I have seedlings sprouting up. I do use a warming pad under them as well, but the lights work well & put out a little heat. I love that I can also vent them easily by just turning the light. Super easy to use.

Works very well for starting seeds. The grow light is a nice addition. My only minor issue is that I wish the humidity domes were a little bit taller to allow for more growth before transplanting. Overall, a good product!

These are small, compact, and we had good success sprouting most seeds. As noted in the headline, getting the seeds out in the a bit tricky. We use the small piece of stiff plastic twice as wide as one of the seed holders and bent it is 90° angle through the middle, and slid the angle down one of the corners and use that to wiggle the seedling out. A tiny scoop of some kind might work. The problems make more difficult because the base of the planter that holds a seedlings is incredibly flexible so you need to leave it inside the main housing while you do this and of course by tipping it which you end up having to do you take the risk of dumping a bunch of loose seedlings out. To be fair, good value for the money and if you have the patience with the transplanting process, you should have a higher level of success with the usual monitoring the moisture and the like. Despite the four-star rating I did buy a second second set.
