My COX trailer came with bolt holes that were 3” on center for which this rolller was the perfect fit. This allowed me to place the roller at just the right height without interference from the cross member.

Used for boat trailer restoration. Worked out well.

Very easy to install, just buy the U bolts you need and install. My boat kept striking the winch with the anchor pulpit, installed this and it forces the bow to rise before the boat strikes the winch.

I don't know if I just happened to get the only one nobody inspected or they are usually like this. The 3" distance between slots is the CENTER of the slot - right on top of the edge of my 3" trailer frame. So you can't mount it unless you drill out or ream the excess. The roller rod was way too wide - there was almost an inch of play between the mount and roller. This was the most overpriced piece of junk I have purchased in a long time. Because I am repairing a trailer and out of time, I am replacing the rod and making the modifications for mounting instead of returning it. Will not buy another of this brand.

I do not like to submerge my boat trailer wheels in water so I added this roller between the carpeted rear slides to help lift my small jon boat out of the water. This roller worked great to get the process started, but now I need to design some sort of a waist high (removable) roller placed about half way up the trailer to keep the front of the boat headed up until the weight balances. I will most likely purchase another roller to fasten onto a 2x6 about 3-4 feet tall which can be removed once the boat gets to the right point. If anyone knows of a better way, please feel free to add a comment. Blessings to all. <><

Fits great, galvanizing is well done, and it rolls freely. I had to lift the bow of my jet ski by hand when loading and the gelcoat had a small divot from contacting the trailer frame. This roller made loading and unloading our jet ski a breeze and also prevented damage to the expensive gelcoat. If you buy this to add to your trailer, plan on a trip to the hardware store for 1/2" stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers. This one worked so well that I am buying another to put on the rear of the trailer.

I used it as a bow roller for my Ridgid Hull Inflatable. Works perfectly for single handing the inflatable onto my dock.
