We run a small pizzeria and our grease trap was getting pumped way more often than it should've been, so I picked this up mostly out of desperation before switching services. Took about two weeks of nightly dosing before I saw a real difference, drains that used to gurgle and drain slow started running clear again, and the smell around the trap dropped off noticeably. For a cheese-and-oil-heavy kitchen like ours, that's saying something, the enzymes actually seem to be eating through it rather than just masking it. Ease of use is honestly the best part, it's just 1 oz poured down the main floor drain after close, no mixing, no gloves, no fumes since it's unscented. Anyone on staff can do it without training. As far as the formula goes, it's a straightforward enzymatic concentrate, not some harsh chemical that eats at your pipes, and it's made in the US which matters to us when we're picking what goes down our drains every night. Value is where it really won us over. A little goes a long way, we're still not halfway through the jug after a month of nightly use across three drains, and it's already stretched our pump-out schedule out. Compared to what we were paying for emergency Clog removal before, this pays for itself many times over. Only downside is the bottle doesn't have a great pour spout for measuring exact ounces, I just eyeball it with a shot glass we keep by the sink now. Worth it for a pizza kitchen dealing with this much grease.

Unfortunately in my case, I have to pour half cup in sink drain every night and sit overnight to keep smell away.

I ordered this after seeing another review saying it worked for their pizzeria. We had the same problem, when we bought the place the drains were always an issue. I sort of thought maybe it was just the plumbing in an old building and we just struggled with it constantly. On a whim I ordered this, and this stuff works!!! It couldn’t be easier to use and I felt like it was such a good deal. This stuff lasts, it’s a concentrate so a little bit goes a long way

I use this product in my diner to prevent drain backup from all the grease. The price is the best we can find. I like that it is concentrated and only takes a small amount per treatment.
