This is just my experience but baaaaaaby, this worked wonders for me. I’ve been dealing with this hemorrhoid since having my twins in 2024. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and it’s back. Normally I would just push it back in since it’s kinda small but this time it’s a little bigger and more painful. I ordered this one night and used it, instant relief. This is pricy but worth it. My poor husband was struggling with hemorrhoids and/or fissures and tucks pads and prep-H were not helping. he was in so much pain every day. He used this as directed and hasn't had a problem since. It was a life saver and helped a little immediately and a lot in a few days and completely in a couple weeks.

I had a bad hemorrhoid flare-up so I needed some relief. I also have an anal fissure that on occasion bleeds a little so I thought this would be an exceptional cream to use considering it states it was for both issues. Well talk about seeing stars, once I applied the cream, my rectum burned for hours feeling like an ice pick was being prodded into me. When reading the contents on the tube, I saw nothing that should have caused me the burning sensation, but then on the box itself, I see it contains witch hazel with is an astringent used for treating hemorrhoids. The problem here is putting an astringent on an open wound is similar to putting alcohol on it. Many anal fissures also bleed so I find it astounding that this company would put witch hazel in it's product and market it also for anal fissures. No wonder so many found this product to leave them with a burning sensation. Update 3/20/26: I was contacted by the manufacturer informing me that they were refunding to me the full value of my purchase PLUS an additional $10 toward goodwill - This company goes beyond limits to make things right.

Recently postpartum had terrible hemorrhoids nothing worked until I purchased this. Cleared them up quickly and reduce the pain.highly recommend if your having the same issue.

I was a ittle nervous well i think we all have these embarassing diffifcult times in life in crazy ways this helped all i can say for Hem/fissure issue did not irritate me or cause allergic reaction very soothing for eh-hem sensative parts decent side not too greasy.

I've tried a lot of hemorrhoid creams and suppositories, and am always on the search for the best product (although I've found some that pretty good). I was attracted to this one because of it's high ratings and the value. I am disappointed the results with this one, as it didn't seem to relieve my itchiness. Some other reviewers seem to complain about the "burning" of other herbal cream remedies. I've used a couple of those products, and the cooling menthol feeling offers me a lot of relief. Having said all this, I was impressed by the responsiveness of the vendor. They voluntarily offered me a full refund and an additional credit to consider giving it a second try. They also made a point of saying I didn't have to update my original review, but I did want to update it anyway because I definitely value customer service. A lot of people have given this a high rating, perhaps I just have a weird butt...
