The light globe failed after less than a year and I wondered can I get a replacement? Replaced the rechargeable battery but totally dead.

Does it work in High winds

Yes mine worked well in high winds its pretty sturdy! Its the solar lights that dont last!

Only one side of the spinner spins, the other side barely moves. Is there anything I can do to resolve this please? Many thanks.

Depends on direction the wind. Mine is the same. In my garden a north wind will spin the back. A south wind will spin front. Other wind directions and the whole spinner will turn to face the wind. My. Husband is mechanically minded and he did check the bearings in spinner, all seemed ok.
