I am impressed with the quality of this piece of furniture from Amazon. I was very reluctant to purchase the couch and love seat sight unseen. Love the feel of the leather and firmness of the cushions. Time will tell how well the leather holds up but it feel like it’s high quality. Customer service is amazing. The company assigns you a customer care agent and the reach out to you pre and post delivery. Very happy with this purchasing experience.

Unbelievable quality for the price!! Absolutely love this lov seat...also purchased the sofa. I was a bit skeptical ordering this genuine leather with out seeing it...but it is constructed so well, the leather is gourgous. Super comfortable. Extremely happy with this purchace.

We bought the couch, loveseat, chair and an ottoman. So far we've received the chair and loveseat. We are very pleased with the appearance, build quality, and leather quality. These are truly beautiful pieces. We have dogs and the leather seems like it will hold up well to their claws. In addition the communication and customer service from Valencia was exceptional. I was updated by an actual customer service representative via phone (not just an email or text) at every step of the process. We would definitely buy from them again

Terribly disappointed in this item because it does not match the sectional couch I already have. This is a much lighter color. The wood is also a slightly lighter color.

Well I ended up buying the love seat and the long sofa. It’s is so beautiful,very sturdy, durable against my Rottweiler nails and chewing of her hard bones!
