This black maca root is worth paying extra for. It's sundried and gelatinized, what does that mean to you and I? I is easier to digest, concentrated and it doesn't taste like a ground up 4,000 year old pharaoh! Also it's grown organically in Peru and farmers benefit from growing a crop that hasn't been tainted with man made chemicals. I've had the bargain basement maca you get in kilo bags in the past, yest it worked but the taste was awful and it took more of the horrible stinking mummy's ground up remains to have the same affect as this brand, so was I saving money? I'm not so sure. This black maca is superior to other brands I've tried in every way and have even recommended it to my family members. I put half a teaspoon on my wheatabix in the morning and it improves my focus and stamina all day. If you're wondering about the price versus cheaper options, half a teaspoon of this is at least as affective as a whole table spoon of your 1 kilo bag of mixed maca root, so in actual fact you're only cutting corners and having to consume more of a stinky powder and ruin your breakfast (why I stopped the other stuff!) At least try this stuff, I'm sure once you've compared this brand versus the cheaper versions you'll comeback, and actually be able to enjoy your meal/drink at the same time!

this stuff is so good. for a while it was unavailable as they've just changed the packaging, and i was sad because theres nothing quite like it in the UK in terms of it being gelatinised/easy absorable, so when I couldn't buy it I was annoyed. i'm pleased to say its now back in stock and I couldn't be happier!

A good product seems to work, but could not find any difference between black and the plain organic one both seems to make you more relaxed.

Absolutely happy with this product, noticed a massive difference to my testosterone. Will definitely be buying again whether the powder or capsules. Would like to thank the producers for making such an amazing product. I used t have testosterone injection every 3 months but hopefully will stop that and continue with maca root.

I’ll be honest every time I have taken this I’ve felt alive however the smell is very strong it’s not bad and the taste overpowers what I’m eating or drinking so I’m a bit on and off with it but then again I could not be mixing it right but that’s just my honest opinion on it
