Update your kitchen.
This is a nice faucet at a great price. The touchless action is different than others I have used , but easy to figure out. The look is elegant. I used one with and one without the touch less option. Simple install too. Not much under the sink time.

What I LOVE - and "Don't Exactly Love" About This Faucet.
I'm going to break this review down into 3 sections. What I LOVE about this faucet. What I LIKE about this faucet - and what can be improved upon with this faucet. Then a solid recommendation if you should buy this one or something else. First off, I want you to know that I've owned a few different brands of these touchless faucets... Moen and Delta are both household names and I've owned them both. But let's face it... If you weren't concerned about saving money, you wouldn't be on a Kraus Oletto's reviews-page. So, since you're here I'm going to assume you don't have money you'd like to burn. What I LOVE about this faucet: the color is a perfect match for what I was hoping for. It's also excellent quality and built well. I also loved the fact that is was easy to install and only the most basic knowledge of plumbing was necessary. And, I also loved the price-point Now to what I LIKE about it: It shipped quickly (in hand two days after ordering) and it was well packaged. It even came with the batteries for the sensor control box. I also like the fact that they specifically tell the installer where to place the weight so the nozzle gets back into place quickly and decidedly. However, there are several areas where this faucet could be improved. 1. There is a distinct delay from when you have your hand over the sensor and when the control box allows the water to flow. So much so, that you think the sensor missed your hand movement and you repeat it only to find it was sensed the first time and you just shut it right back off. The second thing that's a bit bothersome is that the physical handle must be in the "ON" position for any water to flow. In other words, the sensor ONLY starts or stops the water when the handle is set to the "On" position. If the physical handle is in the "Off" position when you swipe your hand near the sensor, you'll hear an audible "click" but no water will flow. The more expensive brands allow for water to flow whether the handle is on or off. So, would I buy this faucet again?? Absolutely - in a heartbeat. I can learn to live with the handle having to be in the ON position to get water. It looks high end, it's easy to install, and is solid. This is a definite "Buy" recommendation! But are there things they could improve upon?? Yes, that's true too. But for the price, it's a great grab!!

Breeze to install, works great, but a little different than I anticipated
Firstly, all of the parts were in the box (great start) and the directions shouldn't really be necessary, but they were pretty thorough all the same. The manual was helpful, if for no other reason than to supply the part number for the replacement cartridges (years down the line you may have to replace the mechanism inside the handle) and it's the only way I would have found out that THERE IS AN AC ADAPTER AVAILABLE! Supposedly the batteries last 18 months. That's about 6 years too short in my opinion. I'm sorry, I don't want to fuss with batteries for a faucet. I have tools and know how to use them. Changing the faucet itself would have taken a little less than an hour (removal + install) except I had to replace a dodgey supply valve first. Thank goodness for sharkbite fittings (who-ha-ha). So, two things regarding install. Get yourself some blue threadlock and use it on the two screws on the underside of the sink. The number one complaint about these single post faucets is they get loose over time. This threadlock should stop that, but the blue is removable. Red threadlock however will be an absolute nightmare, and is unnecessary. Functionality: Our old faucet made you choose between freezing cold water or visiting the burn unit. This valve is delightfully forgiving. One thing I misunderstood about how the faucet works is the automatic feature. To use the automatic feature, you set the temperature you want, leave the handle in the "on" position, and use the sensor to turn the faucet off. I thought you could use the handle or the sensor to turn on the faucet, but that is false. You can disable the sensor and use only the handle or just use the sensor. I just finished installing ours an hour ago, and we're already getting used to it (lots of automation in the house), but it will be fun to see people fumble with it who visit rarely. This is a water-saving faucet, but you would never know it. Our old faucet would have given young Greta Thunberg a stroke. It dumped so much water, but frankly, the pressure is higher with this focused spray nozzle. Blasting food from dishes will be easier. The supply lines are 3/8" compression-style fittings. This is the same size as my supply line. Locally, the only 3/8 - 3/8 braided supply line I could get is female to female (specifically, a dishwasher kit), but the connection from the faucet is also female. Fret not. You can go to the orange box store and get LFA-110 3/8 in OD coupling ("in" is inches, and this needs to be brass) or get a few extra here: https://www.amazon.com/ZKZX-Compression-Connector-Straight-Coupling/dp/B08TVMPZVN/ref=sr_1_3?crid=39C59MR01OOVZ&keywords=3%2F8%2BOD%2Bcoupling&qid=1704941759&sprefix=3%2F8%2Bod%2Bcoupling%2Caps%2C83&sr=8-3&th=1 (ASIN = B08TVMPZVN) Update: It has been about seven months, and we still absolutely love our faucet. There have been no malfunctions as of yet, and I have since installed another for a family member. They have been equally happy with it.

Sexy faucet
I ordered this faucet to go along with our new black apron farm sink during our kitchen remodel. I love the finish, the no touch functionality and the ease of cleaning. This is a great value and the plumber stated installation was easy.

Wanted to Lkve
Such a bummer! I researched so many faucets, I wanted a tap touch faucet so it would be faster and user friendly, but could only find this touch less technology. Was also hoping to avoid back area be hind the faucet getting wet all the time. I bought this one because it is hard to find the champagne bronze color that I used for my cabinet knobs. The color was perfect but here are the problems with this touch-less sensor faucet: * It gets super wet and messy behind the faucet, from having to wave your hand on the side to activate it. * it turns on all the time, and that is annoying. You may be just setting something in the sink and it will turn on. When I try to wipe the area in back around the faucet, it just turns on and gets your whole arm wet. * you lose space to put your sponge or soap on the counter if you keep those next to the faucet. Because you can’t place anything close to it or it sets it off * Not user friendly for kids or anyone that isn’t acclimated to it. They and up turning the handle off and you have to constantly put back on. Am replacing with a standard faucet that doesn’t have the fancy technology that turned out to be super annoying

Touch feature becomes annoying really quickly!
We liked the idea of a touch faucet but in practice it just doesn’t work out. First of all, to have the touch function work, the lever must be in the ON positions, like a traditional faucet. Then you can touch the faucet on. But you will find your kids, guests or even yourself turning the faucet off the traditional way, and then later trying to turn the faucet on by touching it and wondering why it doesn’t come on. In my opinion, they should eliminate the manual function and make it a pure touch on/off faucet. Second, you will constantly find yourself inadvertently, turning the faucet off by accidentally touching it, which is super frustrating. This is especially the case when you are trying to use the sprayer. When you grab the sprayer, it’s pretty hard not to touch the main body of faucet and thus touch it off. Third, it has an auto shutoff feature after approximately three minutes. This can be annoying when you’re trying to do dishes or clean something that requires an extended run time. As far as build quality and installation, these were both good, though we only used it for about 4 months before the annoyances became too much and we replaced it with a traditional faucet.

Great Product
This faucet not only looks beautiful, but functions really great as well! We've used it for about a week now, and I love that it's touch free. The water pressure is great and I love both the spray settings. It cleans easily and it was easy to install. I would highly recommend.

Hands free stainless steel faucet
*** Update: 5 stars to 1 star - Purchased Oct 2024, approx installation date was 3 or so weeks later. Not even 6 months in, in the last 60 days we are having issues with the hands free sensor not turning off the water by hand motion. We have to switch to manual to get it to turn off. We have changed the batteries, it seemed to help for a couple of days, then back to the same issue. It used to work intermittenly, now it doesnt work at all. Very disappointed. I'm going to contact the manufacture to see if they offer any support. I will update my experience. Delivered quickly, packaged very well. In excellent condition. Heavy and smooth. Hands free works well, its a nice feature have this on the side. The only thing is the sprayer. There are only 2 spray options. It does state this in the details. The switch goes from the solid spray to the wide spray (wide spray is very narrow) too easy, almost unintentional. It would have been nice to click from one spray to the next spray option. We had it installed a week ago, so we'll see as time goes on.

Stylish and Convenient
This touchless gold kitchen faucet is a sleek upgrade to my sink! The motion sensor works well, and the gold finish adds a luxurious touch. Installation was straightforward, though the battery compartment could be more accessible. Water pressure is strong, but occasional sensor delays happen. Overall, a great blend of style and function—just needs slight tweaks for perfection.
