Is this a replacement for 6:10 G?

Yes, it fits in place of a 610G. That is exactly the battery I replaced with this one.

Will this replace bat609 ?

Yes, all bosh 18 volt tools and batteries are interchangeable. The only difference is in the amount of power available. As long as they're the same voltage (18V), you should be good to go. You can check out the specs at boshtools.com.
