Is this hard plastic or is it thin and pliable?

They are hard plastic. Not flimsy at all!!

Does dried acrylic paint peel right off of these and give you back a nice clean white surface for next time?

I've been pretty brutal with them with my Acrylics lol, It peels off pretty easily but a little isopropyl alcohol certainly helps for a good clean. Haven't noticed any staining from my paint after cleaning so far.

How many oz does the well hold?

Approximately 1/3 of an oz. Great size for kids to use!
