Is this a non drip candle set

I don't remember. I can say it was very pretty and worked well in the ceremony. The tapers are only lit until the pillar candle is lit, then they get put out. Di dnot notice any drips, and I was officiating the ceremony. The bride and groom kept the pillar lit on their table during the reception. Never heard any complaints.
