Do NOT recommend.
Product did help me loose between 1-2 lbs while sleeping-ish. I took for two weeks. My sleep schedule has been disrupted every night. My stomach has been uncomfortable and very loose poop. I also have dry mouth so much I am waking up several times a night to drink water. I have also noticed headaches and increased anxiety throughout the day. I added to a regular exercise routine and healthy eating habits. Would not recommend! Just buy regular melatonin and get a good nights sleep. Do not waste your money.

Great product, but you need to mix it up a little bit.
I’ve been using it for sometime now and it doesn’t work as well. It’s not much of an appetite suppressant anymore. Switch switching up products is a good idea so your body doesn’t become used to it and not work.

Hopeful it will start helping
Only been on the burn pm for 10 days. Haven’t seen any difference, my sleep Is still the same, I awake numerous times during the night. No true consistent.weight loss yet with the day and night burn products. I know it takes times so hopefully I will see some results after the cortisol gets regulated

Definitely works!
I'm mid 40's dealing with all the fun female hormone issues that are inevitable! With that comes the inability to lose weight or keep weight off and having sleeping issues (for me atleast). I've only used the PM for 3 nights and have fallen asleep quickly, slept all night and wake up refreshed! As for weightloss, we will see. I do eat pretty healthy most of the time and workout regularly.. nothing too strenuous but get my blood pumping for 30ish minutes. I'd just like to drop about 10lbs that have been hard to lose. I do take the daytime dose of this as well....I can't remember what it's called off hand but together I've already noticed that I'm full fast and it does curb my appetite. I'm hoping with all this combined, I will tighten and tone up a bit. I realize it's early on but so far I feel the 2 products are working! Note: I'm a very skeptical person :)
