Historical Collection WII Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero Japanese Fighter Plane Building Set, 170 Pieces

Quality bricks with tight fit. The pad printed parts versus traditional stickers is very nice. Instructions were a little harder to follow for me being color blind, but you get used to them. This is a nice option for military brick built models and I intend to purchase more.

This is a great set. It's highly detailed and very good looking. My only concern was that in the original design in the manual, the tail end of the fuselage is connected to the front of the fuselage by one single stud. I found that this design left the plane flimsy as it would easily twist off when holding it in the hand and moving it around. To strengthen it, I added some new pieces and rearranged the belly of the plane to make it much stronger. I will share some photos. If you want, you may follow them.

I had a good time overall building the zero, but the instructions are a wee bit tricky to follow and I’ve been spoiled by legos a bit but I do miss the unlabeled bags of blocks. Still, it was fun to make and Lego does not have military aviation kits.

My son is obsessed with aviation and he has started a plane collection. He loves this one. The quality and design is great!

This was a gift for our 7 year old. Was able to assemble without adult help. Very cool WW2 replica plane.

My son loves the Cobi building sets. They are all high quality.

Très belle ensemble de construction mais à l’échelle 1.43 . Je l’ai commandé par erreur mais conviendrait mieux aux moins de 14 ans .
