This harness does exactly what it supposed to do!!
20 year Union Carpenter here, with some back issues I wear this setup 70 hours a week!! This harness does exactly what it’s advertised!!! My back issues have gotten better since I started wearing this. Your shoulders have NO weight on them at all. Took a couple weeks to get used to the weight transfer to my hips and legs but so much better than all the drag on my shoulders. Even when tied off at my feet, there is no pull down on my shoulders!! This harness really helped my back. ( several bulged discs)

Best harness
Love this harness usually dread having to wear one on the job. Does what its supposed to easy on the shoulders really comfortable. Great for on the job. Good conversation starter when worn at family gatherings and handy around the house and in the bedroom. Would recommend.

Don’t go off size chart it says I neede a medium when in fact I need a large

if you are a medium in a regular Sala harness ...
if you are a medium in a regular Sala harness, get the medium in the strata UNLESS you wear a medium adjusted to max size. If you wear a max size-adjusted medium you will need a large strata to get the weight off your shoulders.
