Sehr zufrieden 👍

Ich habe definitiv nach 2-3 Wochen mehr Leistung im Training verspürt. Habe zusätzlich noch Proteinzufuhr erhöht und Training intensiviert. Wer längere Zeit keine Fortschritte beim Muskelaufbau macht, sollte es mal versuchen.
