I am a first time mom and have raging anxiety about the “what ifs” and worrying about if I’m doing enough for her when she needs it. This book has been a LIFESAVER. Its helped me figure out her cries better, and to know “okay that sounds like a hungry cry because she ate _____ hours ago” It’s also great to have for my husband to see her daily logs because he works M-F long hours. A super plus cause this would be a great option for babysitters, baby shower gift etc. I just wish that had a hardcover or more pages! 10 out of 10!

I used this for the first month to keep track of my baby’s diaper changes and feedings. Made it so easy to remember how long time has passed, especially being sleep deprived I couldn’t remember which side I nursed on last and it helped with that

Spend the extra few bucks and get the spiral bound one. Trust me.

Was paranoid, trying to make sure I kept track of my babies eating sleep, diaper changes, and amount schedules.

Book is amazing for record keeping of feeds, poops etc.

Do yourself a favour and buy a plaine notebook. Why in gods name is this so complicated. I used it for two days and binned it. As a new mom of a 5mth old who’s just returning to work I didn’t need another complicated thing to do. Surely it’s supposed to make life easier?

I like the book, but something went wrong with the cover where I guess the layer with the lettering on it fused at the wrong point and it’s an ugly strip on the cover.

Works fine for it's intended purpose, but the light pink print does make it hard to read. It also has a strong scent for some reason.
