My wife’s car has just enough dash space for a very small car mount so this one fits the bill. My son has a Syncwire mount in his car so I decided to buy one for my wife’s vehicle. I followed the instructions on preparing the surface and how long to press it in place and so far it’s still holding to the dash completely vertically and it’s been months. The magnet is super strong, which is what you want, so I suggest using two hands to take your phone off. One hand is for pulling the phone while the other holds the mount to keep from snatching the mount off of the dash because the magnet it that strong.so far she’s never hit a bump that caused the phone to come off of the magnet. My son has had his for several years so I know that the mount is durable and sturdy so I would definitely recommend this mount.

Adhesive does not stick on anything other than a smooth surface. I cleaned area and let the base cure for 24 hrs before placing my phone. The stand popped off with the phone. The 2025 VW Jetta GLI dashboard, albeit vinyl is slightly textured. It will not hold. UPDATED REVIEW: I remounted this onto the Piano Black, smooth surface of my dashboard, allowed it to cure for 24hrs and it has remained solid. I changed rating from 3 to 5 stars.

I love the SYNCWIRE brand for phone holders! I have this model along with their foldable aluminum arm version in my other trucks, and they are both fantastic. I’ve had this mount for about a year now. I live in hot/humid AL and the mount gets full sun nearly everyday. The adhesive itself is just now starting to breakdown. I suspect it’s from pulling the phone straight off instead of maybe sliding it off. Which brings me to the MAGSAFE itself. This magnet holds my phone like it was bolted to it lol. I’ve even been in an accident with it and my phone stayed put. I definitely recommend, but just keep in mind the adhesive itself may start to break itself down.

I was skeptical I've read so many reviews and checked so many different brands before I bought one for my car. And I've been using it now for 2 months wanted to wait to give a review. I would say that I am pleasantly surprised it works so well. I keep it up on my dashboard so it does sit in the Sun. However when I take my phone off and it's been really hot that day I try to be more careful so it doesn't rip off my dashboard but it hasn't moved it's held tight the magnet is strong but not so strong that it's hard to get off. I use it every time I go in the car it holds my phone perfectly well and it does rotate which is nice. After having it for 2 months my dad needed a new phone in case and I made sure to get a phone case for him that had the magnet on it and I ordered a second one of these for him to use. He's been using his for 2 weeks now and has had no issues he really likes it. And for the price it is totally worth it.

This phone mount installs easily, and holds your phone well, and can go almost anywhere. The holder is built of quality materials and is firm so it dose not sag when you put your phone on it. The only downside is my car didnt have a flat enogh surface to mount it to on the driver side of the car and I had to mount it to the left of my screen, but it tilts and pivots go I can still see my phone pretty well for maps.

The description said it would be super strong but it's not strong while I using my iphone case. I had to use the magnetic sticker which doesn't allow me to charge my phone on the magsafe with the case on. Pain in the a**

Bought it a while ago now (2 years). Still works great, never fallen off. Very sturdy. Easy to install. Not sure if I'll ever be able to get it off my dash though.
