Useful addition to home gym
Ideal for my needs, although I can see that someone a lot stronger and younger might find it less challenging. Easy to use, seems well made, hopefully will improve my core as unable to use my gym at the moment.

Este anillo de pilates en general me ha gustado. De tamaño está bien y tiene la suficiente resistencia para poder trabajar bien los músculos de las piernas y brazos. Con este tipo de resistencia se consiguen mejores resultados y una intensificación del ejercicio. Sabiendo los tipos de ejercicios y cómo se tienen que hacer, se puede llegar a conseguir muy buen trabajo muscular de equilibrio y de fortaleza. La verdad es que hay ejercicios para casi todas las partes del cuerpo ( suelo pélvico, piernas, brazos, abdomen....) En los laterales lleva un acolchado de espuma y es bastante cómodo de apretar. Me ha gustado, LA MEDIDA ES ADECUADA Y EL ACOLCHADO ES COMODO. Espero que esta reseña haya resultado Útil 👍
