excellent yeast
does a fine job - i'd put it up against ANY other yeast, even the most famous brand-names. packets contain the correct amount for most usage - dough rises quickly and very high, light, and airy. i've bought it a few times - never has let me down, even when making whole wheat bread, or using rice flour - or any OTHER flour for that matter. inexpensive - yep it is - as good or better than top brands - yep it is...

Is a 10/10 value for money
Some of the best value for money on this website. It certainly struggled with brioche, but in every other bread it performed beautifully. It proofs very quickly, and performs a nice rise, I can't recommend it enough.

Good yeast, at a good price.
I just made a loaf of English Muffin Bread in my Bread Machine a couple of days ago using this yeast. It worked quite well, and I'm planning on making a couple of more loaves of it, because I really enjoy the crunch of English Muffin Bread.

Best yeast ever!
I’ve used Fleishman’s yeast since 1969, and Amazon yeast is way, way better! I only got a few bubbles on Flieshman’s, but got a whole inch’s worth with Amazon’s!

I Use it Old School (Proofing) to Superb Results
I, obviously, do know how to use instant yeast because my pizza dough didn't rise until the next day. So, I'm back to proofing the yeast and getting superb results.
