I use it a lot. And my steps are counted each time I use it. It so easy to use while watching TV, reading or just having conversations. You do feel it in your legs, knees and hips. I like my speed on 8. The resistance is a great tool to use also. My knees stop crunching.

My sister & I both ordered 1 of these. Neither 1 of our remotes work properly. It is VERY INCONVENIENT to reach under my desk to pull it out to use the functions. I can't get the steps to start over at 0 it continues from last session. I want it to start at 0. I can't find any way to clear it. I have to press the keys multiple times before it changes the functions. To change the speed from steps you have to go thru steps to exit & go to speed. Not very user friendly. A bit heavy to pull in & out from under my desk, noise level is quiet, good range of motion, comfort is fine, feels like a quality machine, exercise level goes from low to high, 1-10. I debated between 3 & 4 because of inconvenience of remote.

Bought for my husband who is sedentary and has circulation issues. He likes using this machine since it is easy to use and portable. It could be the only exercise he gets in a day.

Bought this for my mom to increase circulation. She absolutely loves it! It really helps for her knee pain as well. She is able to walk some now with much less pain.

My wife uses it every day (rehabbing a knee replacement). Seems to be well made but started making a sound with each rotation after a couple of months. I contacted product support and after sending them a short video of the issue, they sent us a new unit. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

My product broke, foot pedal broke. i was very pleased with this company. Very easy to work with and they sent me a brand new product no charge.

I've had this product for a little over a month now. For the first few weeks, it was nice. I enjoyed using it while I relaxed. Now? It's loud every single time I use it. The sounds range from high pitched whines to loud clicking noises.For troubleshooting, I've tried the suggested move of cranking the tension as high as it will go and pumping the pedals. This helped for all of fifteen minutes before the problems came immediately back. However, as I've only owned the product for a month, I'm not going to take the whole machine apart. Frankly, I spent too much money to have to tinker with it.Bottom line is that this product has been nothing but a headache for me ever since the issues started. The only reason I haven't returned it is because these problems began JUST as the return window ended. Spend a little extra money and get something more reliable than this. I certainly wish I would have.UPDATE: I have used so much lubricant trying to make this thing work that this company should be reimbursing me. I hate this product and wish so badly I would have purchased something else. Anything else. I wouldn't wish this headache of a product onto my worst enemy. This is the worst thing I have ever purchased through Amazon bar none.
