FIERYRED Third Brake Light/Reverse Light Smoked Compatible with 2009-2014 Ford F150 Light,Rear Cab Light,3rd lights Power Saving IP67 Waterproof

Pretty much an updated exact replacement for our 2010 F150. The old one was leaking through a very weathern-worn gasket and trying to remove the light to change the gasket resulted in the light simply disintegrating. Ordered this one and it fit perfectly. It does not fit flush with the truck body but it follows the lines just fine - a thick gasket seals between the light and the metal. I had hoped that the white LEDs would add to the backup light strength but no such luck - they're brigh enough to give some light in the bed but even that is just okay - the bottom of the light body blocks the lights from lighting below the wondow, but that's not a big deal in my opinion. Happy with the light, the price is right and it was easy to install. It took a second to realize the wiring was prewired to plug into the light sockets and then another second to figure out what plug went where. There are no instructions but all-in-all, it was pretty easy...

Nice upgrade/repair. As others have said, the stock light leaks and looks ugly dirty. This is brighter and I like the look better. Also, as others have said, it doesn't sit flush. It looks fine, though. It has a good seal. Easy to install. Just unplug the existing bulbs and plug in the right and center (as you are facing the light) plugs. The third, unnecessary plug screws in a non functional hole and all is neat and tidy. Nice part that doesn't cost the $70 that the stock part costs.

I received the package and it was in fine shape with the product inside wrapped up in bubble wrap with the lens covered in shrink wrap. Very nice and protected. I gave this an overall 4 star review simply for the fact that there were no instructions. There were two simple rubber washers? That I did not end up doing anything with for the install. However, everything is straight forward and simple. Remove the old lamp/housing, detach the factory bulbs, and plug in the new LED squares and boom! You’re almost home. Once re-installing the housing with the factory screws you are done with it. Just be sure not to over-tighten as you may crack the plastic housing on your new product. A tip, I used a black sharpie on the old factory screws to black out everything, so we’ll see how this hold’s up versus spray painting the screw heads. Lastly, I really like the new piece on my F-150 as I continue to black out all the emblems, logos, light housings, etc. The only thing about this product is that it does NOT sit flush against your cab. It does protrude slightly about…1/4” of an inch or so, but it provides a nice sealed attachment. Hope this all helps.

The other posts are correct. The supplied screws need to be better or just replace the bolt/screw 'reciever nuts'. It does take a bit to connect but you can do it. Just be patient. The lights, reverse and brave, are nice and bright. The dark lens gives my truck a very modern appearance. Get it and be cool like me!!

Like the look we will see over time as some aftermarket lights have poor UV resistance and turn chalky like another brand that I bought

Light was great while it lasted. I don't know if 4 years is within the projected life expectancy, but that's about all I got out of it. Installation was breeze as the factory wiring harness easily accepts the led connectors. The light was fairly durable until around the 2 year mark. The water resistance was brought into question due to the gun layer of foam used on the back. I opted to replace this with marine grade weatherstrip after noticing water rings on the headliner. Now, at the 4 year mark, I found that it didnt actually shut off fully. After attempting to start my truck one evening to go out, my truck struggled to start and I noticed that the leds of the light were dimly lit. It's normal for my truck to sit for a few days without being driven. So I have no clue when this started. This new discovery drove me to knock down the rating a bit. I still have to give it a good rating for the esthetic/styling, overall functionality and reasonable cost.

Looks nice. 2014 f150 XLT. Gasket is thicker but makes for a nice seal when light is screwed in. I used clear silicone gasket around gasket on light edge and as I tightened the OEM screws the excess silicone seeped out. I know I wont have any issues with leaking. Also i used the same silicone for the screw holes to create a gasket there too. You can kinda tell but u have to b looking for it and right up on it. This is plug and play. All u need to do is take old bulbs out and used the harness provided to insert and your good. Extra spot for the 3rd light to void into empty slot. Cabin light has white light. Brake displays white and red. Haven't used reverse yet but care less for that since I have actual reverse tail lights. Overall happy.

EL producto de buena calidad! Los conectores plug & play hacen todo mas facil. Lo instale en 5 minutos. Queda un poco separado debido al empque, pero no se ve mal. Le doy 4 estrellas y que el angulo de la luz blanca para la caja es muy malo, no alumbra para nada la caja.

Looks awesome, easy install but as others have said sticks out more than factory but I still like the look.
