This works well
I tried cheaper products. I tried more expensive products. This one works best for me. It is important to follow the directions and take them before ingesting a milk product. This helps me continue to obtain calcium while not having the nasty side effects of milk.

THESE WORK!
These capsules save me from dairy foods. Now I can eat with the rest of them & even have an occasional ice cream. No side effects that I have noticed. These are a true lifesaver for going out to eat. Cream soups - here I come.

These lactose intolerance pills can be chewed (unflavored but not awful) or swallowed with a drink and work just as well as the name brand but are, by price comparison, a bargain.
