The wireless Video Door Intercom system allows you to view and have a 2 way talk conversation with the visitor at your door before allowing entry, using the Video handset. With no wiring required between the Door Camera (intercom/doorbell) and the Indoor Video handset, this intercom system is quick and easy to install. The CL3048 is suitable for both residential and commercial use and has an operating range of up to 200 metres from the Video handset to the door Camera intercom. range is limited
Just bought one of these and I charged the indoor hand set for five hours as suggested in the instructions before use. The battery last for about 4 hours before it was completely flat. I've contacted the company only to be told that I need to re-charge the handset every 3-4 hours, but overnight the battery drains and it's flat in the morning. It really needs a mains system in the unit that lives in the house. I would not buy again given the costs. Also I have a problem with the signal from my electric gates 50 yards away the range is limited. Very disappointing
