The media could not be loaded. Ordered on Great India Sale occasion, delivered today on 04/10. Opened up to check the contents, everything was perfect, was delighted to recieve it without any issues as read in comments of some or another issues. But happiness was short lived, when was trying the rotating drum basket into air fryer it was slipping out from the device from one end even if turned slowly with hand and same found with rosseteire fork rod, looks like the other end where the rod clamps is bit small and thats why distance increased between both ends and it slips out. Ordered replacement without even putting power "on" and further checks. Hope it gets re delivered without any issues, will update again with more checks and actually trying out dishesUpdated my review to one, as the replacement which should have reached me on 10th Oct, haven't been recieved yet all the calls to amazon customer care n Amazon warehouse manager are in vain, their IVR system is useless as it gets disconnected in just one ring and then they update in their system that couldn't get delivery as cannot contact with customer. . Just fooling business going on in Amazon

We recently purchased an air fryer and have been extremely pleased with its performance. So far, we've cooked tandoori chicken and chicken kababs, both of which turned out fantastic. The tandoori chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and flavorful inside. The chicken kababs were cooked evenly and had a wonderful texture. The air fryer is easy to use, heats up quickly, and significantly reduces cooking time. Cleanup is a breeze, too, thanks to its non-stick surface. Overall, it's a great addition to our kitchen and makes cooking delicious, healthier meals a breeze.

Recently purchased the Agaro Prima Air Fryer. I had an issue where the temperature setting automatically switched from Celcius to Fahrenheit.Regarding this, I contacted the customer service. They registered my complaint and within a day, I received a call from the executive "Bikram". He helped me out resolving the issue. In case if someone is wondering the customer care is really wonderful, they're polite and professional.If you're looking forward to buying a new airfryer, I'd recommend this one as it's bang for bucks and performs really well.

it works fine - needs some getting used to. takes nearly 45 minutes or more to do the frying stuff - esp ready to fry momos or chicken (so one needs patience to work with it) and when huge quantities are to be fried one needs to plan things ahead unlike doing that deep fry in your oil and pan. So definitely healthy apparatus - but one needs to learn how to use it and the various modes it can be put to work out for you in different type of cooking. My major grievance being that nearly 4 accessories that were supposed to be delivered with the machine was missing in the pack. reported this nearly 10 days later and the customer care was not very helpful and thus had to send a mail to the higher ups and that brought in a response within 10-15 days (meanwhile the seller also didnt respond to my complaints) - an official in AMAZON INDIA send me a mail saying that the machine could be returned. But my requirement was just to be provided with the missing accessories - which was not possible. So l didnt bother to return the fryer - it is still being used with the tray and other accessories that came with it. The seller appears to bother very little about such major misses while packing the stuff - they should be penalised and stopped from supplying stuff through Amazon India

It's a good product with multiple usage.The skewers assembly is a bit tricky, I haven't been able to assemble it yet. But all from the working, looks, build, it's a good product.
