it is such a good massage devise

Loads of things to love about this little massage ball and it's one of the only genuinely small massage balls I can find. However, all are negated by this failing after 3 months usage. I used it for 10 minute sessions 3-4 times a day, was careful with recharging as per manual (do not charge for more than 2 hours) and with cleaning. After 3 months it turned on but would not vibrate. Eventually it turned on but the vibration motor sounded like it was dying, slowing down. When the battery is low it just switches off, so this felt like a more fundamental failure. It slowed and slowed and then died. The light will turn on but there is no vibration anymore. Amazon customer service were very helpful and as the managing agent for the item I bought were able to refund me. But I wouldn't risk buying from this company again. There's no way to contact the seller or the the (Chinese) manufacturer and there's no warranty. Gutted as it was perfect for me while it worked.

I ordered this ball for my partner as he has essential tremors in his hands. I have tried sending it back but the address you have given me the post office will not except, I need an address with a post code please. The ball has never worked.

J'ai acheté cette balle en 2 formats, pour faire mon drainage lymphatique (la plus petite pour les zones plus délicates : clavicules, cou, aisselles) selon les conseils de Chloé Soulsun. Je suis très étonnée de l'efficacité. Il y a plusieurs vitesses de vibration, et plusieurs intensités selon la zone à traiter ou la sensibilité des zones (il ne faut pas avoir mal, aucun intérêt). Pour l'instant je reste au 1er niveau, qui est déjà pas mal. Ca se recharge avec le câble USB fourni, sur une prise classique avec port USB, et j'ai l'impression que la charge dure longtemps car je n'ai toujours pas rebranché mes balles après 1 semaine d'utilisation quotidienne (effectivement ce n'est pas très long, 6 points de drainage-clé, 5 à 7mn). Bref, j'en suis très contente, à voir dans le temps.

I have Essential Tremors in my hands. That means when I try to do something “essential” or that requires fine motor skills, my thumbs and pointer fingers shake. I had heard of other vibrating balls but they are larger and expensive. I ordered the 2” Mini and it fits nicely in my hand. It’s also easy to maneuver around my fingers. I’ve used it twice now. I go through all the vibration modes for about 5 minutes. I do this right before I apply eyeliner and mascara. My fingers are MUCH steadier doing these tasks. It doesn’t last very long, but it’s long enough to do these tasks with ease. I highly recommend this for temporary relief.
